That's your opinion. If it was the best it would sell hundreds of thousands of copies to millions like Jujutsu Kaisen...if not I guess the story isn't that good. Art doesn't really matter in comics, story is more important.

Your beautiful artwork aside, as an (hobby) artist myself, I'm interested is this light tablet/board you using in the start of your video. I haven't seen such a device before. I wonder, why do you make this black/white illustration first traditionally, then scan and work further digitally ? Wouldn't that be easier to just work digitally ? - It's just a normal question without and second bottom or anything like that. I just like to know what artist got in mind while working on piece. Subscribed because I hope to see some cool tips on inking :D

Even though it may be easier by some accounts to work digitally, there is an authentic look when it was on paper. I sell a lot of my originals to collectors, that is a huge chunk of my income stream. Even with the nicer digital brushes, it can seem too consistent visually, making it less organic in the end result. This is only my preference. My page rate is also much higher when working with paper. Thanks so much!

You can't compare yourself to other people that have been doing it for decades. Just try to focus on your artwork and making little improvements or experiments with each painting. Enjoy the process /learning and the improvement will come.
