hey there, awesome channel and all. you should make retrowave/cyberpunk ambience, it would go great with your 3d audio tech. you should check out HOME, Forhill, Hotel Pools, Yu-Utsu, etc. for inspiration.

You need an editor or DAW that can load VSTs, then start with something like dearVR MICRO which is a free binaural panner and is very easy to use. If you want more control over the exact position of the sound you could try Oculus Spatializer which is also free, or paid options like dearVR PRO.
