Adding a layer of a tart jam under your creamy cheese filling of the tarts would give them a lovely tart surprise. As well as match the color theme for guests. 😁

Using collard leaves for wraps is a super idea. I've used cabbage before, but it doesn't do the burrito roll as easily. And doesn't look anywhere near as elfish.

Oh man, I wish I enjoyed uncooked veggies because the colors alone look so great in that wrap and on the board. The tiny pies look delicious! I am glad I am not one of the only ones who uses a hand mixer! I've only ever owned one my whole 20 years of marriage. It's the best. I love the cute table that you decorated outside. Should the collard leaves be blanched first? Collard leaves can be pretty tough.

I didn't blanch mine for this recipe and the wraps were still tender, but you can absolutely blanch the collards first--especially if they're on the thicker/tougher side!

Hi Haley, your channel is very nice. The recipes you propose in this episode are appetizing and not just for a picnic. Congratulations also for the filming, beautiful colors and beautiful shots. I also left the city, I live in the countryside in northern Italy not far from Lake Como. I live in an apartment but I have a lush vegetable garden on the balcony (that's why I called my profile Fifth Floor Garden) and in the surrounding area I can walk for hours in nature.
