1:33 - 1:53 Did you really just do that in one take!? That's not an easy 30 seconds to play! Many have steered clear of this song because of that part and stuck to Stickerbrush Symphony instead! I like to play by ear too, but I would have to slow down the song to catch all those notes! Goodness! Thumbs up again! This is my favorite song from the entire series.

as a huge nintendo nerd who spends a lot of his time on youtube listening to remixes, covers, and the like of nintendo songs, and also as someone whose favorite game (and soundtrack!) is DKC2 too, it absolutely *baffles* me how I haven't come across your content sooner. It's AMAZINGLY good, and I loved every bit of this reimagining. You seem to have covered all of the best tracks from DKC2, and I'm going to give those a look soon, but the sheer quality of this one gives me no doubt that they will also amaze me. I keep forgetting about this song even though it’s from my favorite game OST. You really did this one justice. Your cover is so hauntingly beautiful I can’t get it out of my head. Some of those final measures bring nostalgic sadness and longing to the fore of my emotions…in a good way.

AWESOME. I love the twist that your background vocals gives all of these classics and makes them fresh once again! I've heard dozens of remixes to this Dave Wise masterpiece and this is one of my all-time favorites.
