(disclaimer: this is my theory, and has not been accepted completely by the creator of the arg or community) To those confused on why after the mirror part the bandage is gone, it is because it is not longer the girl that the hurt crow is portraying, it is the younger son. The creator had two children a daughter (deceased) and a younger son. Since the girl died before the completion of the game (father wasnt there when she died aka "sorry i could be there at the end' or sumin) she can not play it and now the game is for the son. In another video when the player goes through the mirror and like this playthrough turns into the son, the son meets his father at the end of the bridge where the father explains how similar the boy looked like his sister.

no its not infra either was not aware or more likely trolling. the decoder for crow is based off a pause screen that is in crow but says the same thing which gave community the letters. This cipher is a different one that uses both the number Manfred left on his letter and his son NILS name repeated 3 times
