Rejoice rejoice rejoice. Thank you very much Luangpo for the excellent talk and clear, priceless advice on how to practice. So true that we don't know what baggage of kamma we have for our next life and the two horns versus the millions of hair is indeed very shocking. Yet it is a constant battle with kilesas to practice and be with our meditation object throughout the day.... more failure than success but am still trying and haven't given up just yet. Thank you so much for your constant encouragement, metta and compassion which are helping in boosting up my energy to continue fight kilesas.

Sadhu Sadhu Sadhu!!. When I investigate the sensations of the body it is simple. The body and the feeling are there. I can "locate"...then you say observe the intentions of the chitta. It is very clear to me that all reality in this universe begins with the movement of the mind. However, to go in search of the intentions of the chitta is to move from an apparently concrete sphere (I mean that I can locate as pain in the knee for example) to an apparently virtual sphere. I have to specifically ask the chitta the question what is your intention? Thanks for all sharing always the bhudda teachings. 🙏 Hernan From argentina

How is anyone going anywhere since according to buddhism, the self does'nt exist. And why beleive in heaven and hell. Then you could beleive in God too?

Accprding to buddhism the self is empty of any fix and absolute essence and thats exactly why things are in a movement bc if there were a fix self it couldt interact with others, it couldt change etc

Its not that you dont exist, but u and all phenomena doesnt exist in a way we usually perceive it(as solid, absolute). According to buddhism you and all phenomena exist in a fluctuating way shifting moment to moment

Because nothing has a fixed, unchanging element everything is intimately interrelated and this leads right to reincarnation. According to the buddha the materialist death theory like a total anhiliation is false because something cant be nothing. Im bad at explaining this
