We explore the Forestry Trunk Road between just north of Nordegg down to the Caroline area, searching out new random crown land camping spots and some off-road Jeep trails.

You were soooo close to the trail to the old burnt down fire tower. It's fun but short with some beautiful views.

We found the trail head on the way out, there was a group of 4 or 5 RV's camped right on the trail, we would have literally driven between the guy's truck and trailer to reach the trail. I've been meaning to go back when it's less busy... maybe this summer 👍

Is the area (RV part) at 1:28 hard to find? Could you share approx directions to that location?

Always random camping for us, a yearly Public Lands Camping pass is only $30 and there are so many places to go 👍
