Sage has chronic cellulitis and dermatitis due to an auto immune issue. He is fearful of having his left hind leg touched and tends to kick out when picking out his hind hoof. Through positive reinforcement and desensitization, we’ve taught him to accept the leg being touched as long as we stick to this routine, always!
