watching the anime in japanese for me is surreal, i'm so used to the dub. i'm sure the dub is objectively much worse, but its hard to go back now. edit: nvm the dub sucks, the sub's way better

I know it because in episode 61 when Dedede is watching the credits of a film while eating chips, appears this theme of castle Lololo also in Japanese appears HolyNightmare during those credits but in the Dub the song was remplaced and the HolyNightmare was censored to a logo of NME instead

I find funny how such an iconic song from the very first game went mostly unnoticed until the Kumazaki era. I wonder if Kirby Super Star included Castle Lololo in Spring Breeze, things would be different. I also find funny how the first time this song was ever remixed wasn't even in a game, it was in the anime. (It was later reused in Air Ride, I know, but I guess it still counts) My favorite version is propably the one from Kirby's Blowout Blast, since it's very peppy like the original.

The first time I heard this theme was in Air Ride and I remember being amazed by how fierce and memorable the tune was. I've since loved hearing all the other versions of it. It's fun as a level theme but I think it really shines when it's used as a boss theme.

@@dorderre Dedede's theme isn't in Adventure, most likely for being more associated with Mt. Dedede, likely not in Avalanche, Pinball, Block Ball, and Dream Course for similar reasons. It also isn't in Amazing Mirror mostly because that's the only Kirby game with ZERO mentions of the good king.

It's a shame that this stage and also the soundtrack itself don't get too much love, since I first played Kirby Dreamland 1 I don't liked that the entirety of Castle Lololo was removed from the "remake" that was done in Spring Breeze, and also the soundtrack was not present, at all.

Don't worry. In Spring Breeze, parts of Castle Lololo were incorporated into Float Islands. Also, the bosses of said level are Lololo & Lalala. In _Ultra_ specifically, the Castle Lololo song is the theme of Dyna Blade, Wham Bam Rock, and Wham Bam Jewel.

I only really like the OG Dreamland version and the Kirby's Blowout Blast version since they transfer the same feeling. The Blowout Blast version is almost the same, just in highres and not made with the DMG soundchip.
