@@forevertechenglish Do not solder the legs beside each other. That will create a lot of heat in one area of the chip. Go back and forth between sides of the chip as you solder. My mother board is same as your mother board the red led near the CPU is showing normally the relay works fine. I tested with insert 220v the fan working but the compressor is working only 2 seconds and stop. The red led light on the motherboard start to blinking faster. I face to this problem with few motherboards and I can't be fixed it. Do you have any idea where should I continue to check? Thanks for your sharing the knowledges.
