First of all if the circuit does not gets proper signals. The circuit will not work. Second if it worked, I could not say that how long will it work.

Great video This can check also with multimeter 😅C9 dont show correct reading, then you need to follow the line...if resistance spoiled easy to know, one side will show for example 15v other side 0v or low voltage But this technique i niver try it before because i dont the oscilloscope😂😂😂

I connected a jumper from the mains to the optocoupler. There are pulses and they reach the controller on pin 19 (GPIOB4/T0/CLK0), but there is no generation. All voltage levels on the capacitors are normal. Yes, one more moment, or rather two: generation of 2 kHz on pin 16 and on pin 4 (T1/FAULT3) high level 3.2V, so it should be in a serviceable module?
