Cheers Jason, just a matter of clarification required...nothing more......true bullish divergence has nothing to do whether the market went oversold or not in RSI. In a bear trend, a bullish divergence occurs when prices are making lower lows but RSI is not - which indicates weakness in the bearish trend and time to start looking around as to why there might be a weakness in the trend and start thinking about your entry or exit strategy - agreed? Maybe I just misunderstood you at 3mins22secs - cheers!

Quick question. If you are a professional trader as you always mention. Why is it, that your investment per transaction is so low? Most of your trades go with 0.1 / 0.2 lots. If you would have been trading for quite some time, being professional, i would assume your actual availible capital would equal some more. On top of that you get into the role of an educator but barely be able to make a fortune just by trading and earning more from selling education? How that come?

I have been trading for over 10 years and in that time I have lost well over $100,000. Apparently that was not enough to make me see sense and walk away. I suppose I always felt that success was possible if I could just get to grips with myself and my attitude to trading. I cannot say that I have managed that but I can say that it is almost three years since I last had to fund my account after yet another blow-up. A large part of the reason why, is what I have learned from Akil and Jason over that time. When I think of all the many courses, seminars and workshops I have gone to and spent a small fortune in the process I almost weep. However I do believe that one thing is for sure, if you want to learn how to trade Forex successfully then you will do well to find better people then Jason and Akil. The way they teach the fundamental concepts of reading price action and building a strategic trading plan is up-front and transparent. In comparison to some of the providers out there, they are genuine and real in what they are about. I am not acquainted with either one and probably never will be but from my experience I am happy to say they are streets ahead of anyone else I have come across and I have tried many. I have no doubt that I would not have lost so much money if I had had the benefits of these videos when I was starting out.

Great video, I absolutely enjoy your videos Jason & Akil . I have been backtesting the ab=cd pattern ( equal measured move ) and taking some fib confluence into consideration, and learnt all that from your various videos. Though so, when I watch TierOne videos I still feel there's something I'm not getting ( a missing puzzle ) and that I might not be doing it right especially depending on myself and not having a mentor. I GIVE UP, I'm joining TierOne soonest.

well you need to be aware of the fundamentals when trading unless your a swing trader on the higher time frames, but even then its good to have awareness of whats going on. But fundamentals usually tie in with technicals.

Hello jason, I've been trading for about 3 years now following your videos all along, but still struggling with finding a profitable strategy. Do you have any tips on how to take into consideration spread while backtesting? A lot of trades barely touch my TP in my testing, and those trades would've been losses because of the spread in live market, not sure how to measure those, not to mention that everytrade will have less profit for the same reason. Do I just withdraw a few pips from every winning trade or something like that? I use tradeinterceptor for backtesting by the way. thank you a lot beforehand.

I get that moving you SL further away is a terribly risky idea, but If you're 100% strict on never doing this and take profits slightly early sometimes is this still something you do not recommend doing? weshakeandbake thanks for watching. There is nothing wrong with managing your trades. But it cannot be subjective, inconsistent or based on emotions. The moment you let feelings come into your trading, you’re done! Every move you make on this chess board should have been tested and verified previously to you risking your money because if you aren’t following an “IF THIS, THEN THAT” process 100% of the time, you will not generate consistent profits.
