Awesome build!!! What thickness (1", 2", ...) and what weight (6#, 8#, ...) of Kao wool did you use?

Asking what did you use as "glue" for on inside to help hold the K wool. Nice and very well insulation unit you building Thanks for the teaching and helping Sir

That is Satinite. Also used that over the KaoWool. Then a good layer of Kast-o-lite on the floor with bubble alumina over that on the floor. Thanks for watching.

What did you paint the inside of the forge shell with before putting in the koa wool?

That was satinite. Not really needed but just used as kind of a glue.

Its "bubble alumina " which is flux resistant
