Well done Hugh….. I’ve got your latest book and have already made quite a number of recipes. This is the sort of book every kitchen should have because with a little effort you can make dishes that are utterly delicious and of nutritional high value. Bravo!!! You are a kitchen rock star!!!!!!! Please keep getting out more KZbin cooking demonstrations to inspire more and more people. S :)

Hate to break it to you. But unless you eat unseasoned meats then you eat plants all the time. How else do you season your food?
