We need more segments on this… Less baking and more on healthy foods please. We have to stop relying on pharmaceutical products. They are sometimes unnecessary and we are encouraged to rely on them to line their profits. Healthy food, water, exercise daily and a supportive tribe - let’s get back to basics.

The problem is the pharma and food co exist. The food companies pump everything with unnecessary carcinogenic chemicals + pesticides, inflammatory ingredients which is why everybody is developing diseases, intolerances and cancer rates is now 1 in 2. These nasty evil items also extract nutrients from the body when ingested and who benefits from more people dying and becoming sick? Of course Pharma. Everything is clockwork. They all work together not just these 2 sectors. If people could really see what these horrors running the world are really doing to us i think society would collapse.

@@ACXIAO666 Please don't do this. Olive oil is a superfood - it contains healthy fats (monosaturated fats), is high in anti oxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties. Butter on the other hand contains saturated fats which can negatively impact health (in comparison to olive oil). There's a reason the Mediterranean diet is considered the healthiest diet :)

Yup, in most cases when people say "this has been proving to *insert health benefit" what they dont tell you is that in many to most cases. A, it's only in some studies and the general meta analysis doesnt support those findings yet as a whole. And B, there is a daily effective dosage of said micro nutrients in said findings which 9 times out of ten far exceeds what anyone would be eating in one day without supplementing it in some form of pill or powder over a long time period daily to get that same dose response. C, the effects/findings are extremely minimal even at higher doses and only in some subjects.

Lots of use of the words associated and suggested cardiac health benefits but sadly not any proven evidence. These influencers should not be taken seriously and viewers should only listen to scientists who have done research and are on top of the latest research. Some of the foods she mentioned have negative effects on health, example tomatoes are high in lectins which cancel any benefits she mentioned. Main advice from experts is eat less processed foods including tinned products.

It’s important to note that almost every food has a negative side effect. Canned, frozen and dried food is going to be better than processed fast food. It’s important to eat fruits, vegetables and organic meats and eat until you feel full. Unlike processed fast food the benefits of these foods out weigh the negatives. So any chance you get to switch out a Big Mac with a homemade burger with olive oil, organic meats or vegetables and salads 100% make the effort and enjoy the process! ❤

Nobody should be cooking with oil. Olive oil for example becomes a carcegenic when it reaches its smoking point. Canned food is full of excessive salt, which is used to preserve it.
