Buying silver is easy, but it is renowned for stability during economic hard times like this. The main problem is investing in stocks, dividends and even cryptocurrencies to grow your portfolio.... I’ve been trying to grow my portfolio of $190K for some time now, my major challenge is not knowing the best entry and exit strategies ... I would greatly appreciate any suggestions
@Peterl42909 күн бұрын
Just try to diversify your portfolio to other market sectors, that way your portfolio is balanced and you don’t get to make so much losses. Also engage the services of a financial advisor to walk you through
@jerrycampbell-ut9yf9 күн бұрын
It's often true that people underestimate the importance of financial advisors until they feel the negative effects of emotional decision-making. I remember a few summers ago, after a tough divorce, when I needed a boost for my struggling business. I researched and found a licensed advisor who diligently helped grow my reserves despite inflation. Consequently, my reserves increased from $275k to around $750k.

Our last silver stockpile was the silver used in the magnatrons used to separate nuclear isotopes use for the nukes we built for WW2. They needed huge magnets and vast amounts of silver to make them efficient enough to be effective. I don't recall the amounts used but it was taken from our strategic reserve (borrowed). Technology improvements made the magnetron obsolete, but they were not disassembled until the 80's. Bix Weir has an excellent video on this subject. We are on the verge of new high demand by the military. 500 ounces used in each tomahawk missle. No clue how much will be used in the new hypersonic missles, but it has to be a lot. Do the ultrafast AI Computers use silver? IDK, but I imagine they use a lot. Quantum computers will be in wide use in 10 years and I imagine they will use vast amounts as well. That will destroy bitcoin without some new encryption protections. So if crypto dies... what is left? A: Silver and Gold.

I got some nice VS1, blue, pink, and yellow sapphires in Sri Lanka, back in 2000 - the value of similar cut/carat/colour/clarity stones today, has easily kept up with the value of gold... perhaps outpaced it. The same applies to any rare gem grade rocks. e.g. Larimar has gone up perhaps 500x in that time. Maybe unconventional for 'reserves' - but can be realised at some point if necessary, & clearly has a 'value' once put into a piece of jewellery or added to someone's private rock collection (no different to having a 'collection' of physical gold coins/bars & some jewellery).

Yeah, I've seen that urn, its in the City Palace in Jaipur. The concept can be taken further, like in Varanasi where there is a temple with a solid gold roof. It's under armed guard 24/7

if Gold hit 10k Silver Will GO to 1k $, no questions asked. my personal assume is that silver goes to $60 by FEB 2025 and by then HUMAN-PSYCHOLOGY get a grip on it, and the REAL squeeze beginns, 150-300-1000....

Stacking silver and gold will not save you from what's coming. Put the money into food, water and lead.

Or both if possible. Then you have a chance shorter and longer term. Likewise even cash will have some value short term. Look at all options - don't dismiss any.

Last bull market?? Not true. Fiat currencies are continually invented, inflated till they are rejected and then replaced by the next fiat currency. There will absolutely be another PM price inflation time.

It has been my theory for some time that besides the obvious , the slamming of prices to help the dollar, but I feel that those players who want to buy more work their magic to keep the prices low so they can get more.

Is it ironic to value metal in dollars? Any increase is directly related to a deflation of the dollar. Am I missing something?

Silver is more valuable than that. I’ve heard but don’t know to be true , that ag and au come out of the ground at a 1-15 ratio. Keep in mind 2 other things so said, silver will be extinct and ag is used in everything electronic.
@LatimusChadimus3 ай бұрын
@@matthewlapish1107 i know, I've been saying for years the ratio should've never exceeded 30, let alone 20. I'm saying it's appropriate, although 12:1 is more proper

I'm from the UK and new to this. I was wondering what to start out with; 1kg royal minted bars or a bunch of 1oz royal minted coins? Thanks

1kg surely more bang for your buck

I’m uk -don’t go for bars as they are capital gains taxed! Buy billion coins ( Britannia’s -initial down sound in buying silver in uk -it’s vat taxed -so you have to wait for value to rise to cover the vat-however -if you buy from supplier that works with storage company abroad -then u don’t get charged vat -bullion by post offer this ( tho they aren’t the cheapest) if u want to buy and keep in uk look at Atkinsons prices ( but if u do decide to store at home … it is bulky and heavy -the 500coin monster boxes are heavy!!

problem: China has oversupply of silver, due to cheap electricity (from solar) for electrolytic by-product of silver from copper, lead, zinc ores, etc....
