Recipe and ingredients:

Pumpkin seeds.
Bake for 50 minutes at 180°C or 360F.
Salad: 2 recipe
3 tomatoes.
1 fresh cucumber.
1 sweet pepper.
1 onion.
Olives.
Parsley.
Salt and pepper to taste.
2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Mix well.
100 grams of feta cheese.
