I think it would be great if they earned more money through actual ticket sales, merch, sponsorship deals etc. What triggered me was that they demand they get the same pay given they don't generate the revenue to support it.

Why shouldn't the the women get as much prize money as the men get if they win the World Cup? You call it "charity", bringing in Only Fans?! It's the biggest sport event of this summer, broadcasted by pay channels in the world. If you had a daughter who was a World Cup football player, would you feel it would be fair for her to get a smaller prize sum if they win than their male equivalents? I guess I already know the answer from your sarcastic commentary and disrespectfully making fun of them. Btw - how do the Australian national male football team place internationally in comparison with the Matildas? Matildas might actually win the World Cup, they're really good.

the prize pool is determined by how much money the event generates. money talks and bull shit walks. the men’s World Cup generates many times more revenue than the women and as such the men get way more prize money. also note it is harder to get that prize money as there are so many more men that play soccer than women. like seriously. I know my IQ is 129 but this is extremely basic economics that even a person with an 85 IQ can understand. I seriously doubt you are that dumb but maybe I am mistaken 🤷🏻‍♂️
