How many times do you see people roll their windows up when a poor person comes asking for money in traffic? Then pretend jumping up and down on sunday. I once stumbled over Aldonia Toberondwas book, "Missionary Teachers as Agents of Colonialism in Uganda" My father shouted me down when I tried to pick his brains. This church issue, especially in Kenya, is a big problem

Canon Wainaina's conviction is, if someone is doing wrong and you don't correct him/her, if that person dies his sins revert to you; and if you correct him/her then the one takes with one their sins and are made to pay for that.

Why dont you address the meaning of the phrase on the Emblem. Christians in this country occasionally mention the praise of Ambee - "harambee" and God in the same parsgragh or meeting praising' both.Why? It is the responsibility of Govt to have replaced the phrase on the Emblem or have educated the Africans in Kenya who Ambee is, and why the coat of arms displays a praise proclamation over the nation. If a 'Christian' invokes Ambee by uttering "harambee" to raise funds to use for church, is that right? No! Is Ambee the Sovereign deity of Kenya? No., Is Kenya a Hindu state? No! Do leaders in Know? Yes! Why don't media hses (licensed by Govt of Kenya) address the issue of the phrase on the Emblem - "harambee? The coat of arms should display"KENYA". The Son of GOD is Lord YAHUSHUAH Christ. Which other nation displays the worship of an Indian goddess or deities like Kenya.?None!

The issue about all authorities being from God has been really misused. That scripture is from Romans 13 and if you read beyond verse one it talks about authorities that do good and justly collect taxes. The only people who should fear the authorities are wrong doers. Paul is talking about authorities from God who are accountable, blameless and champions of good and justice...not the ones that milk the downtrodden to live lives of opulence. I have listened carefully to hear what is obviously open to all about religious people and politics in Kenya This is not new and has been there since 1980s. Jesus clearly condemned religious leaders who dont follow what the bible states. In Mathew 23 specifically verse 13 , he called them "hypocrates because you shut the kingdom of heaven before men ; for you yourselves do not go in, neither do you allow those on their way to go in" Verse 15, "hypocrates because you travel over seas and dry lands to make one proselyte, and when he becomes one, you make him a subject of Gehenna twice as much as yourselves. These church leaders and preachers knows that what they are doing is against Jesus teaching (antichrist) and are after their own gains. The main concern here is that it states that even their followers will not get into Gods kingdom So why follow this preachers and leaders? I think we individually need to go back to the bible and consider how we can identify the true religion. There must be one universal true religion because evil cannot defeat God.
