I bought the c1 and it doesn't do a very good job. It doesn't pick up leaves very well and it is very erratic in the motion of travel. Even if you have it programed with the app.

So true... they are supposed to be Dutch dogs but when my wife went to the Netherlands this summer, she couldn't find a single one!

Did you test this once and post a review? You should test a product for at least a month before posting a review. The app is horrible and stopped working after a week. Just look at the reviews in the Apple store. Just bought this product based on your review. Looks like I'm stuck with a $400 paper weight. You should do a how to video on how to get the app to work once it stops. So far no customer support either.

I ran it daily for a full week which is essentially 2 months of normal use and I didn't have an issue. Maybe it's because your Apple? My Samsung worked perfectly although I really wasn't invested in using the app myself other than as a gadget. Most important thing was when I put it in the pool it worked perfectly cleaning the pool. I'm genuienly sorry yours isn't working and I'm surprised to hear you aren't getting assitance from customer service as I haven't seen other comments like this. Maybe someone will see this and be able to advise you on how to get your app to work.

@@DOUGandNIKI I agree with commenter about the horrible app. you couldnt have used it because the weekly scheduler does not work. WYBOT admits it doesnt work and told me to just return the unit for refund. It takes days to get a reply they are in China. Ive already dilled the docking station to my pool because the doublesided tape they give you is a joke. The firt time it got wet the unti was dangling from the wire in the water. Paid reviewers dont help anyone except their own bank accounts.
