Ingredients:
1 kg pork ribs (2 lb 3¼ oz)
250 ml apple juice (1 cup +1 tbsp)
125 ml soy sauce (½ cup)
125 ml teriyaki sauce (½ cup)
125 ml maple syrup (½ cup)
125 ml ketchup (½ cup)
2 tbsp mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 onion, finely diced
1 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
Black pepper
spring onions, for garnish
Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F). Bake in the preheated oven for 1.5 to 2 hours on top/bottom heat.
