10 superb gyuto knives! 🤩 Congratulations to the 10 participants and I hope this is only the first collaboration of a long series. 😍 I was able to enjoy seeing the blades making, from, at first glance, simple to complex and all would have their place in my kitchen ... except, maybe, the Faraway Forge one, my kitchen is too small 🤣

ducking sick dude. I just finished my first similar gyuto just using mono steel and already found that rather challenging. I hope one day I'll be able to make something like this and make it look effortless like you do

I think you got it, but the competition sure is tough! Voted for yours as it surely is one of the prettiest, and you showed best how you made it. How you forged it, even, rather than just cut or grind it. I'd love to have that knife in my kitchen!

you might have been watching this channel for the past few months and thinking "what is this guy doing? trying to forge un-forgeable things, weird delaminating damascus experiments, trying to make handles from arcane materials, cutting paper for 1hr straight? must be some noob who has no idea what he's doing". and then you get video like this, pure skill, zero fuckups, beautiful result, and you realize that a true professional can allow himself to mess around with things nobody else does.

That knife is so awesome for made in USA for a Japanese Gyuto style knife i like how it was made the hole proces of the knife was made the right way Gyuto Japanese chef are my favorite Japanese Knives I like the angle of shape of the knife & the size of the knife i like the 12° angle on the blade the one I have is supper supper crazy razor razor like a Japanese Samurai sword

Considering how you used to press everything to like almost a centimeter thick, and then grind in the blade from there, the amount of hammering that went into this is truly impressive.
