For people that dont understand why tint have legal limit, it is there to make you still have vision outside of your car at night when driving hence why it's mostly the front window and not the back (although some of the limit is kinda overkill but anything to make people drive safer) Edit : I'm from Malaysia and each country have different tint limit and laws about it

So you supposed to have at least two mirrors the left and right the rear view isn’t necessary for being street legal. So you can tint your rear window and back passenger windows how ever dark you want because it technically isn’t obstructing your view. But the front windows they say obstruct your view of the mirrors. At least that’s what I’ve been told be cops.

I have got to say, when i used to walk home from school i had to cross the street and i usually just looked at the driver and waited for them to signal for me to cross but one day someone had a tint that was almost completely black and could not see them in the window so i had to wait for them to move. If i didnt just wait there they could have ran me over while i crossed the street. It was kind of dangerous and a inconvenience for me.

I've found that tinting is one of the most frequent laws mentioned by officers as being ones they won't ever ticket a person for. The reason tends to be that they don't feel they can enforce something in good conscience that others on the force ignore. Turns out it can extra difficult convincing police and deputies to ticket for tint when chiefs and other officers have vehicles with prohibited tint.

Great, it’s either gonna break in the mechanism and screw up the entire thing or will fall off within milliseconds. Just make it so your tint stays away from the edge of the window by 1.5 inches and you’re good, bc these things they use measure only the ~3 cm of the glass on the edge.
