You have a talent. It's not just your hard-earned skills. I just want to run out and try to emulate (which I don't have a chance of doing). But I'm inspired so, by your videos. taking a dead piece of steel and turning it into a thing of beauty that will last long beyond us. Thankyou.

Thank you! I'm happy to hear that you get inspired. And yes, it's a special feeling when you realize that the things we forge will last longer than us.

Philip, I was a science teacher and a math teacher so I understand much of what you do. But your artistry and patience shows in your work. And you have one hammer that has been used for many years. The head shows signy. Possibly your grandfather's? Thank you again for sharing! Peace, James

Thank you for your kind words! The hammer is many years old. I got a hammer and an anvil that my great grandfather used. It feels special to work with.

Great work. I need to be more mindful that creating the art is the goal; everything else is just inspiration (good or bad).
