+pai pai I took the air pump out of an old air mattress and bought some pipes from menards and jury rigged it to an old grill that I got at a garage sale and put some fire bricks in it. Its pretty simple, cheap, and portable. The only downside is that it doesn't distribute heat as evenly as I would like it. It's a cheap way to get started, I've seen tons of other ways that work just as well, good luck!
