Forging SCYTHIAN WAR BOW out of Rusted Iron SAW

Well, This Bow took me too much time to make and this was not easy to make it such perfect. A lot of people asked me to make Bow so i tried to make most perfect Bow that i can.
Handle Length: 7 Inches
Stretched Length: 32 Inches
Overall Length: 35 Inches
All the Processes are below of making this beautiful Bow:
Forging:
It took me almost two days to prepare and hand forge Iron Saw piece into a long Steel Strip and this was my most complicated forging ever. I don't have any serious equipment so all the forging as well as hot metal bending i did with my hands and turned a saw piece into an almost 40 inches metal strip.
Grinding:
I make most of grindings of bent strip with my angle grinder and turned the strip into a well shaped workpiece. I also
did a lot of hand sanding with a help of abrasive to remove the edges and almost all the roughness of the blank.
v. I made grooves on Limbs with the help of round file.
v. Hand Sanded the surface to remove roughness.
v. The recurve made on special device which delivers energy more efficiently.
Hardness:
There is a proven and professional way to harden a
Bow and that is
Covering the whole surface with clay and Heating a critical temperature into a fire. After that Quench the heated detail in water. Now the Steel is hard but Fragile. Tempering is the best way to increase Toughness and Flexibility of the bow.
Bowstring:
This piece may be made of any fiber twisted into a single cord but we can also make it by use synthetic winding around linen thread. The purpose of bowstring is to join the two ends and launch the arrow.
Handle:
The Handle contains of two parts.
v. LEATHER: Purpose of leather is to hold the handle with the steel part , I used soft leather for wrapping.
v. Wood: A piece of oak wood is nice piece for the handle which could be fixed with some leather strips.

Ok, so I would like to ask some questions. When you made the furnace, was the brick made out of dirt from close by, or a certain type of dirt? What was the liquid mixture you used to cover the bow when you put it over the fire? Did you use a special type of sand when you tempered the bow? What type of string/rope did you use to make the bowstring? How long did this project take?

According to my information, the actual Scythian war bow was made out of wood, horn, bone and Sinue and the process could take up to five years to complete the bow. Chinese bowyers perfected this process, I believe in around the 3rd century BCE.

It would be very beneficial to look at the shape of real recurve bow without string before shaping the steel blank.

I'm not a professional bow maker, but I made some bows in the past, I honestly think that it would bend or snap. Indeed the shape is more efficient, but for these kind of projects sometimes it's good to make something less efficient, but with a lower chance of breaking. Same thing with PVC bows, it's almost impossible to make a pvc bow with the same shape of an unstrung scythian or Asian (in general) bow. The material just can't handle that much deformation without permanent damage. But as I said, I'm not a professional, maybe you or someone else can make it and find it easy.

That's a great bow you made there, far superior to the most projects from this category that I've seen elsewhere. And i dare saying better than your past project as well (which isn't a bad project, just that this one is better). I like your idea in using the red material as in-between layer for the wooden handle. Was that leather or cloth? And what did you use for sticking it, epoxy?
