Brilliant! “You don’t see a magazine called Groom do you?!” Way to draw a picture Dr.Lisle !!! I love the way you and Jen teach...thank you so much. Thank you, Chef AJ for providing a platform that opens our minds and helps us grow as humans ❤️

Hi AJ I just want to add something to this discussion primarily your first question to the doctors. I am a leader in a group called recovery international and what I would tell folks on betrayal and unforgiveness is ~ you learn this language “no person place or thing is worth my mental health.“ “I need to excuse rather than accuse for my own mental health“ get this language in your head and when the thoughts come up with resentment and victimhood say “no no no I am not going to work this up I am going to work this down.“. . Love you AJ

My favourites too. They strengthen my understandings and resolve, and also teach me that I don't have to hold up a shield. So beautiful. ❤️

Wow that initial explanation of betrayal - as enlightening us as to the extent of the other person's CB - was the single most helpful piece of info I've heard regarding relationships. I've been listening to Dr Lisle for several years, but that was pure gold ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you for your dedication and commitment AJ 😍

I'm currently dealing with a betrayal. I don't know what to think about this. Having trouble deciding if I should forgive or move on. This is an interesting way of analyzing this. I need to decide if my spouse's value to me is worth the knowledge that my value to him is less than I thought.

Females vary in how forgiving they may be for this not so uncommon male behavior.

1 year later… have you decided to forgive and move on? If yes, what approach did you take. Please ignore my question if you find it intrusive. Thank you

Excellent as always. Very insightful, and while a lot of the "lessons" can be difficult to hear, also so freeing in a way.

25 years is no joke ....it happens to some people. You just betrayed a mate ??? You said that like it’s no big deal .....Sorry that’s wrong ....giving a man a free pass is totally ridiculous!!! A Marital Vow is a life commitment....otherwise why get married.
