Wow! I haven't listened to this for ages, but these words came just at the right time, when I had gone outside of myself and slipped off track. Thank you for reminding me that "When you change your energy, you change your life" ! I feel jubilant to be letting go of all that I have been schlepping around AGAIN !!Even though I had let it all go before, and was joyful and peaceful,I, for some inexplicable human reason ,felt the need for picking it all up again!! We are extraordinary beings in what we do to ourselves! Celebration and Jubilation for letting it all go. With much Love and Gratitude. Thank you Panache!

Clarifying that someone else's behavior has nothing to do with us is a big distinction for me and provides much resolve. Thank you for that, thank you for your love Panache.

Oh Panache, I love you so much, you are such an inspiration for me. I really needed to hear this today. I have been a 'fixer all my life, feeling the need to fix things. I am busy doing the course in miracles and I am on lesson 23 which is about escaping the world I see through attacking thoughts and I clicked on your video and you have helped me understand this lesson so much. I have now let go the need to fix myself and others because we are perfect just the way we are. Amen, love you brother xxx

I love the idea of forgiving yourself. Control only what you can. You can't always control & change people.

Szeretlek, az embereknek sokat segítesz az életben való eligazodásban. Mindenki a saját életéért felelős, nem erőltethetjük másokra saját akaratunkat, fogadjuk el a másságot szeretet fenntartásával.

And when it comes to self...with disease, or emotional pain, or anything that causes us to suffer (including another person's ideas about what needs to be changed), the path to wholeness is the same. We must let go of the idea that anything is wrong, and love what is. We must love the one who feels vulnerable and is suffering...love the extra pounds, love the painful foot, love the sore joints, love the pain in our stomach. When we think these things are wrong, or set out to change them, we hold them in separation. It is in the embracing the separation ends.

THIS makes sense! Sort of. People have been telling me this for awhile, but having an example with Dad/ smoking made it click. One question.. neighbors from hell. Two years. Severe sleep deprivation. Thousands of dollars of damage to my newly renovated sanctuary (house- 1st and only- after years of homelessness and constant moving). How do i get an attorney to have them stop flooding my yard (a lake!), basement, cracked walls and buckled floors.... while detaching from them? I'm old and too tired and too broke to start over and re-renovate. This time around would be on very little sleep they afford me. NOTHING accomplished in two years... exhausted. Waiting for a camera crew to come to door with "On the next addition of hoarders....". Takes everything in me to just let the dog out and feed....

I'm a little confused about this line of thinking that other people's behavior has nothing to do with us. I mean I happen to know that being the daughter of a diagnosed narcissistic mother and stepdaughter of a diagnosed narcissistic stepfather definitely impacted me. And if they were to try to tell me that that my behavior has nothing to do with them well that's just simply not the case at all. As a matter of clinical fact! that's like saying that the water has not carved the river. I'm battling against some really terrible programming.

Farrell Hehn I see your point... programming from early days can be or it is so controlling... that's my weakest link to ...Poverty consciousness
