Hey got a question, if I do a hard reset like this, would my number still remain with the phone once I log back in with my gmail, or would I need to go back into the store to link the phone back to my account?

my computer detects that my phone is plugged in but it doesnt detect it when i go into computer it isnt showing my phone so i cant back up the files
