FORGOT THE NET - make a gaff! - Lake Michigan Salmon Fishing

MY BOAT IS STILL BROKEN AS OF AUGUST 5TH! Hopefully will be back on the water in time for the jigging bite in the harbors for kings, but in the meantime enjoy this fun little video in my buddy Will's boat where we mistakenly left the net in the garage. Not many fish caught this day, but fun nonetheless! Enjoy!

That treble hook gaff looks a bit reckless. Lol on the ocean we use a big single hook gaff for Halibuts but salmon just go crazy when you stick them, id recommend sticking with the net.

haha yeah it was scary with those trebles. last time we forget the net in the garage hopefully.
