We had a 75 F250 about that same color brown, 360, 4 speed, 4wd. I grew up around Dad's 76 he got brand new, but it was restored before I was old enough to remember it any other way. They're cool old trucks, can't wait to watch and see what you do with this one.

Awesome video. I had an awesome 74 lime green F100 lime green truck that I loved with a 360.

Awesome first episode! Can’t wait to see the end result! I’m thinking you need some flames on the side!

No flames on the paint but maybe we can shoot some out of the exhaust!

My daily is a 74 f100. I bought it off a farm where it was bought new in 74. Took me about 6 months to fix the rust good enough to satisfy me and I been driving it over a year now. It had also lived its entire life on propane until I got it. The motor is like new as propane is easy on an engine. I don’t near have the money time or space to do what you doing. I done all my work in my gravel driveway

Awesome Cody! Very interested in this build. My first truck was a 75 F-250 2WD, feel like 75's are a hard year to come by.

ugh, another short bed chop, whats wrong with the long bed?

Gimme that truck, I want it pls

Why not just find a short bed instead of cutting the frame?
@CodyBuilds9 ай бұрын
Thanks for watching! A couple reasons, first the truck has sentimental value having been in the family for so long. Second, it’s the truck I have and you have to pay a premium for a real short bed. Finally, I wanted to test my own skills and learn how to do body work along the way and see if I could do the conversion to a reasonably high level.
