Ingredients needed for 3 people:
400 grams of mixed minced meat of mutton and veal
1 medium onion, grated and drained
2 medium grilled eggplants
Iranian or Pakistani rice, 4 cups or pints
3 tomatoes

The draining time of each rice is different, 8 to 10 minutes is enough for Iranian rice
Be sure to take the onion juice completely so that the barbecue liquid is not wet
You don't need to cover the grill
Be sure to spread the barbecue and cook it on gas
You can cook the kebab dish in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees
The brewing time for brunch is 50 minutes, so be careful
