You got THAT right! We love her! ❤ What a great actress! From the comedic role as "Sarah" in "Uptown Saturday Night", to dramatic pieces such as "Cornbread, Earl, and Me", with Lawrence Fishburne as her son, "J.J.'s" older girlfriend in "Good Times", the first on-screen interracial relationship in "The Omega Man" with Charlton Heston. She even played the tough, intelligent, but fair college president in "A Different World". She acted my girl Diahann Carroll OFF the screen in the TV miniseries, "Sister! I’m a white guy raised in SoCal in the ‘60s -70s.. I remember so many of these actors! Uptown Saturday Night is a film that my wife and I both saw as young teens (separately, not together) and are both big fans of. I always wondered what happened to Rosalind Cash.. I remember seeing her in The Omega Man and being entranced by her as young teen. So many good actors here.. thanks for highlighting their careers!! Brings back the memories!

Hello Marilynn. Meant no disrespect with the title. I was a huge fan of RC. Thought she was an outstanding actress and personality. I don’t think Hollywood gave her the shine she deserved. But thank you for commenting. Glad you enjoyed the video, and I hope you have subscribed for more content to come. Very soon.

Growing up in the 70s Rosland was my favorite actress. She lit up the screen with her beauty and not to forget her gorgeous smile ❤one of my favorites was uptown Saturday night! Sad she and other women of color never was viewed as a serious actress. But to so many women of my color she was our winner 🏆 !!!

Love the documentary on the attractive and talented Cash. Glad to see her being remembered and not forgotten. But I believe the first black/white interracial kiss was between Dorothy Dandrige and Stewart Whitman in the Decks Ran Red made in the late 1950s.

New subby here enjoying this channel. Thanks for all the research and hard work put into these videos. Much appreciated. She’s gorgeous and was a master of her craft. She could have played Angela Davis in a movie as well. I enjoy all of her movies and tv shows.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ The theatre is where serious actors and actress are created. What Stacy Keech was an actor??!! His voice is everything on American Greed.❤❤
