Perhaps one is not broken because its apart of the choice of a side to be one. Rather the hero is broken no longer wishing to be “the hero.” To not have a choice and being molded isn’t a worse fate than being forgotten. Yet, forgotten least gave the freedom to die on their own terms whatever miserable they were.

If it's relevant enough, I'm the type of dude who wouldn't mind being forgotten at some point in time. I don't need recognition nor fame. As time passes, it loses meaning. I'd rather just live the rest of my days in peace, content with the fact that I did something useful for once. Besides, the moment you become hero, you should expect to be forgotten to old, wrinkled pages in some book. It doesn't hurt to be humble while you're at it.

I'm kind of proud of my work below. A demon who feels amorous and a man who was only programed to hate her. In a way, I wanted irony to be the centerpiece. Nothing being truly light or dark here, just possibilties. You may get the sense he questioned himself, even going as far as to admire her when she was helpless, but he only saw the monster and accepted the fact he was one as well when he killed her to free himself of the prophecy and save his people. The "what if" comes in the form of if she'd showed him who she could be, if she and he were fated in a different way. The selfish being who only thinks of her immediate needs and the man who defnded his people because it was his duty. Deliciously tragic, a hint of a shared moment in time where both got a tiny glimpse of what they actually wanted. I'd say things just got interesting. XD

The voice, the acting, the sound effects are all excellent in this work. And I love the story. There really are so many stories about the mighty hero and demon lord. I especially love the ones that show that humanity is no better, and sometimes even worse. The hero is betrayed and forgotten by those for whom he fought, and the main villain is a beautiful and smart demoness. It never gets old. Thank you.

Over all, this is one of more uniqe ASMR I had seen on this side of youtube. The backrounde and the story is quite well established, and I'm not gonna lie, the ending made me curioes enought to subscribe, and await part 2 (or at least I hope it get's one since the story LITERRARY BEGS for it). That and the voice of the Demoness is bouth fitting, and regardless in whatever form it take's... It's quite enterteining. To summerise, this story has a VERY strong start. And can't wait to see more.

Hopefully this gets another part. Most likely it will take place a few months after being taken. Despite being her prisoner, the forgotten hero would be treated better than expected and be shown what the people think once it is revealed that not only was the hero missing but the kingdom was allowed to see hints that the "demon lord might be back". Them most likely believing that the hero would have become too weak and was easily replaced.

This was really good, and kinda has a point. Villains are just as important as the hero because if they’re not there to do evil things, what use is a hero. I want a show of this, a hero down on his luck after years of nothing to do after he/she saved the day only for the villain to come back and takes the hero away and make them her puppet only for the bad guys actually being better people than the ones they once served.

Lol wth, it's a damn good rp, let me toss my twist in there. Yes, we are infact creatures of chaos, with more in common than you likely realize. I'm more of ante-hero because of my connection to chaos, and the sight of waste and decadence leaves a bitter taste on my tongue. Watching man struggle to do one decent thing has brought new fire to my eyes, nearly as much disgust as I felt when I stared into your eyes and ran you through. Yet, every child has a chance to become me, and I slew you. So, what's it to be, you and I alone in darkness, glaring at eachother with our mantles of sin? You gotta know that's an eternal fight neither of us will win, a distraction from our duties, yours to do something as mundane and imaginationless as a human king, mine to tear apart anything that threatens the balance regardless of appearance. Did you know, I was the runt? Every day I used that energy, that motivation, to train and become a weapon. I never thought about my own plight, such a thing is a luxury for the entitled and spoiled. One day my hatered toward the vile state of your decadent wasteful empire manifested at the end of my blade, and I knew my power came with only one condition, to end you. The thing was when I raised my blade over your chest I did infact question my own resolve, you were fragile like a porcelain doll, breathing in anticipation of what would come, and when my haunted eyes met yours I felt defeated for one moment; to return cruelty in kind felt, hollow. Then, I saw I was a puppet of the people that rightfully feared you, and that enraged me enough to end the prophecy so I could be free of it. I can't change what I am anymore than you can, this fight will never end, and thus you are the fool to think either of us could escape what we are. Still, a broken weapon and a broken queen seem a laughably ironic end to an old story, but what is broken can still cut a fools hand if held. You crave what you cannot tear from me, the one thing that no demon can offer, I'm amused, since it is the one thing every human has. How, pitiful. XD

the hero kinda reminds me of mike tyson, someone who conquered the army of the united underworld could still easily become a guard or a mentor and their name alone would still have glory and respect, but chose to live a simple life growing food and chilling out, i would've also picked the side that raised me and said no, and i would've tried capturing and training a big cool fantasy animal like a gryphon or a really big bear just chill with it take it hunting stuff like that.

Oh this is a brilliant story, a forgoten hero is indeed tragic, although I wish they give the heroe a little more development, like for example, more questioning about what's right and wrong, perhaps seeing some of his vulnerable side due to the unexpected and harsh truth, just some of my thoughts for the writer, giving this critic is because the story excites me, dont take it in a bad manner, good job to both of you
