Was there a month ago, and other than the smoking in the basement, this place and the other location in Takadanobaba are incredible. Also recommend Hey Akihabara and the 6th floor of GIGO Tower 3 in Akiba for anybody looking for more retro arcade games in Tokyo.

I only got to spend a week in Japan (I can't wait to go back), but I hit up as many arcades and game stores as I could. Your video on Sega's Joypolis reminded me that I had that on my todo list but totally forgot to go since I was so busy with everything else. You have yourself a new subscriber!

Quality titles. Always wanted to try the Typing of the Dead arcade but haven't come across one. I've actually been playing Dragon Blaze recently. Unbelievably difficult.

The main Mikado is actually next to Takadanobaba Station, not in Akihabara. But yeah, this one in Ikebukuro is new-ish. I haven't been to that one yet.
