I have yet to finish the game, but the 3d format was so utterly terrifying to me. Like while the 2d ones gave you this small sense of safety in which you didn't entirely feel like you were inside the game, here it's the opposite. You feel like you are the actual character moving around the residence and trying to solve the mistery. For me it made the encounter with the beast even scarier, like I genuinely started shrieking when it appeared and I began looking around everywhere trying to get far from the door because I thought that it would open if I didn't do something soon. Also the dead body creeped me out, as well as how the blood just kept coming out of the beast once I killed it. I'll edit this as I progress through the game

Guys, absolutely amazing game! I really loved the 3D format, it turned out to be much better than I expected! Also, great riddles, and the ending just blew my mind! The best part about it is that only the true fans will understand, what is so special in Element C 🤩

Love this game, just finished, got stuck in some parts but was amaizing, the 3d was perfect with the gameplay style and the story was good, hope to see more of the "third axis" on the forgotten hill series, thank you so much for this amazing game as aways

I’m thinking that the headless corpse on the floor was one of the members of the organisation. (Who went missing) And at first, I thought he was mauled by that monster monkey. But it seems that his body is way too much well preserved and there is barely a scratch(well…. except his head of course LoL which is cut in a very precise way) My conculsion is that he was slain by someone(associated with evil) who used an ax to chop his head off. Whomever it was, he or she must be very strong to use that heavy weapon on murdering someone.

I think that the headless corpse belongs to Baxter Anderson , a member of the founders and a puppet of Ruth since he was possesed by that demonic pumpkin during the Halloween incident.He eventually broke free from the demon's control and tried to help the Third Axis but was later discovered and killed

@@rtc9039 I just nicknamed that creature monster monkey because it looks and sounds like a monkey XD (And of course, I don't know that creature's exact name. But I'm hoping for its name release in the future. Something like a dictionary would be cool 🥰)

@@rtc9039 you can't expect the name written over him , but there are documents around the house leading to him , also the history of his character matches with the diary pages since Baxter was possessed by a pumpkin monster and became a puppet of Ruth by contributing to their acts and adopting them, there is also a photo of the McMillan brothers in the house indicating that it is a friendly house to them therefore someone within their circle

I'm a big fan of this saga of games and the truth is that it's very addictive to play this, in all honesty, I loved this new installment, in fact I have some theories about the game that came to me after playing it and managing to enjoy it, well, my point, is that Colonel McMillan has something to do here and with the child kidnapped in the secret room, something that gave me that idea, it's all we can find throughout the game, like the strange creature that attacks us and the Information about this that we found in a paper that says "Colonel McMillan surgery clinic" and later a diary written by him about its creation and when he finished reading it has something that says "EMM" which means the initials or abbreviations of his full name "Ethan McMillan". Later when we discover the secret room and the boy, the boy mentions something about "a bad man" and in a later paper written by the missing member, he says "they kidnapped that poor boy, I won't help them in their HORRIBLE EXPERIMENTS", Also around the house there are jars with worms or leeches, that is, most things from experiments, and we know that in this saga the one who is dedicated to those experiments and surgeries to create this type of creatures and monsters is Colonel McMillan, which makes me may confirm my own theory. Also what, since the accident on Halloween night when they were kids, they probably already knew what happened with Ruth and Camille, since Ethan, Nathan and Camille were related by being family, that would explain why Camille was behind the wall even though they were a mandrake. I was SO happy there 2 new games! I loved the 4th Wardrobe edition & of course, this. I make sure to buy all the games to support Forgotten Hill! Keep them coming, please! My only critique is the controls for Third Axis. It was VERY hard to control on laptop! It'd be nice if we can use keys like the arrow buttons, space bar etc.

We really enjoyed playing the game. However, the spoon puzzle was indescipherable for us! We would recommend to make the height difference of the test tubes more evident. Anyways, we loved the new 3D rotation mechanics and found the game as intriguing as the others! Keep up the good work guys! :)

I loved the game and I have some theory: have the theory that the dead headless man might have been killed not by the chimpdeer but by Ruth considering the axe we find on the wall whic is the weapon she also has at the end of mementoes

I love how the name "The Third Axis" is meant to be a play on the fact this is the first Forgotten Hill game to be in full 3d. In other words, you can now move on a "Third Axis" compared to the other games, which only have two.

Hi @ForgottenHill , I'm trying to solve the puzzle with the 6 masks ( see 8:09 ). I found the clue, but when trying to rearrange the masks in the right order, one mask disappeared upon clicking. It's gone. I now have only 5 masks and can't solve. Any advice? (I'm playing on iPad) Otherwise great game so far. But I liked the other 2-dimensional games also very much. Greetings from Germany...

I've played all of your games but this one is a big no for me. The camera movements gives me motion sickness and I can't be on the game even for 1 minute. I really hope you develop another 2D creepy game which is what Forgotten Hill represents.

Playing it on your phone is different from your PC or laptop Highly recommend playing it on pc or laptop, it hits different . I got scared a couple times 😂😂😂

​ @dja1206 I mean yes, its usually hard for 2d games to jump to 3d (looking at you sonic!) but in this case I think it was implemented well, I mean think about the possibilities!, They could make a clock tower-esque or a Silent Hill-esque (Yes I know Forgotten Hill is kinda inspired by SH in the first place) where you would have to hide from a monster while resolving puzzles (Either time outside when doing puzzles stops or it goes 50% slower but you get audio cues when the monster is near)

So sick of video walkthroughs. We need text so we can skim to the part we are stuck on. Video takes forever to find the place we need and gives away HUGE spoilers. No one wants to watch someone play a game for a half hour to find a part they are missing.
