Mr NASA shirt at the end might be the big brother and taking care of his younger siblings. Kinda made me laugh with those ketchup dogs and "here's $14, sooo" 😊 He feels grown up when you treat him like a man coming in to buy some food but he can't wait to get back home and spill that ketchup all over the video games and put that .75 in his pickle jar where he keeps all his coins. hah. Wholesome Americana is what we're losing out on without the best spots like Chris' Red Hots.

Always fun to watch. I won't eat or prepare a hotdog on a grill or griddle. Gotta be water dogs even though where I live in the south, folks wanna grill em. 😉🤷‍♂ Your operation looks so clean and well managed, food always consistent and the value is better than any I've seen in quite a while. I love to see places that still deliver what I call "a bag full" and support the family being fair. Best in the business in my opinion. Those guys you give jobs to are probably good kids and I'm sure one day they'll realize how smart the lessons they can learn by paying attention to your leadership. Like a gift of family knowledge you're willing to share if they'll focus and take it to heart. God bless and great health to you and all your family. I love to see hard and smart work and commitment to good food just like the old days.

This might be weird but sometimes I watch these to remind myself why we do this. As a food service worker sometimes on days off I get frustrated and resentful, and videos like this remind me that seeing people walk away happier than they walked in is the reason we do this. It's hard, but never let anyone tell you it's thankless.

Just zoom into 1.5X and it’s essentially full screen. I think he probably switched because recording in 4K 60fps just nukes SD cards. Sometimes a 5~ min drone video I shoot can come out to like 8gb of raw data and uploading that video to KZbin etc takes ages if you have a slow connection. Again purely my own speculation.

I’ve got a hotdog idea for you….I’d call it “The hot beech” mayo,mustard,hot onions,raw onions,sauerkraut,jalapeños,and pickles…which just happens to be my usual hotdog order up here in Canada (minus hot onions because no one has those)
