Been a fork truck engineer for 24 years now, main supplier of Yale and Hyster trucks. I used to remove carriage assy and then complete mast assy and split it flat on the ground but damn it's a lot of work until I was shown this exact way. As long as you use correct chains etc to lock off and secure mast assy before removing any mounts/brackets then you are all good... So much easier this way.. nice work dude... 👍👍

@@dakotaalexander9292 you are 100% correct, it is the correct way and safer to do it flat on the floor, but it is much easier and quicker to do it with the mast still on the truck...
