To those commenting on the wife's weight: she was married to a gigantic goober nerd and she was depressed and miserable. Everyone finds ways to cope- might be drinking or drugs, might be spending 24/7 at the office... In her case she stopped caring for herself. It happens. A good husband would see his wife isn't caring for herself and he would encourage and support her, not cheat on her with the 20 year old nanny. The fact that he literally murdered her tells you everything you need to know about his character.

Yeah I got a head injury 15 years ago in my 30s and put on TWO HUNDREDS POUNDS over 5 years of recovering. Recovering means mostly sitting around waiting for the brain to fix itself enough so that I could work again. It's VERY depressing, a head injury. The symptoms are brutal and I just ate and ate and ate. I got up to 430!!!! Now at 330 but for Five years now. There's no excuse for it. But i'm an emotional eater. The thing that sucks about being a binge eater and heavy is that you can't hide like a druggie or alcoholic or gambler or even murderer can!! Some may be obvious. Many not so much. I'm a young, reasonably attractive (as told by others) woman in my mid twenties who has been a nanny for families before. When I was around Jamie's age, a middle aged father from one of the families I helped tried to make multiple sexual advances (which I NEVER took him up on) on me behind his wife's back. I hear this crap all the time, when the older married person tries to take advantage of a teen or young adults to cope with their issues. To you youngsters in that situation, it's SOOO not worth it and you can be responsible for a lot of unnecessary drama, and y'all older folks with a midlife crisis need to grow up and figure things out with your partner the right way. I went to a very small (120 kids total) religious high school with the woman who was murdered, whose name was Lee-Ann Chaffin back then. She was a grade above me but we went on a school trip to Europe together and I got to know her pretty well. She was very shy, sweet, and trusting. Kind and generous, too. When I ran out of money before the trip was over, she lent me some of hers to pay back when we got back to the US (and I did). I never came into contact with her after high school, and I was very sad to hear that she had been murdered. Heartbroken for her kids and family. I hope her evil scumbag husband rots. @Brandon O wrong, my mother telling me to marry the first man who showed interest in me regardless of his personality or his treatment of me and having multiple children because that's what she did does not apply to me. I wanted to travel and not have any children. Being subservient like my mother and being a doormat is not something that should be followed or admired. Would you kindly cite your source for saying that "women are less happy than they've ever been? " I doubt that you've surveyed every woman in the world in order to make such a generalization. The women I do know are quite content of having the power over their own lives and can study, travel, work or be a housewife and mother. The point being is that they're more than their ability to reproduce. They're married to wonderful men and are extremely happy with where they're at.
@richerDiLefto4 жыл бұрын
Brandon O - You’re delusional. The reality is that women now have the freedom to live alone *or* with a family. Before, they only had the choice to live with a family, no matter how much they *didn’t want one.* I’d rather live alone with a good job than feel forced into a marriage with the first disgusting old fart who would have me and destroy my health popping out 12 children I don’t want from lack of birth control. That was my great grandmother’s reality, and she can keep it!

I wouldn't listen to ^this^ person, as a mom and divorcee, I definitely don't regret having a daughter, she's the coolest person I know, but I won't lie, my husband did immediately bail when I got pregnant, just did less and less, distanced himself, and tried to start a new family with 2 other women. It's kind of a miracle this didn't happen, because he was definitely fantasizing about taking our kid and erasing me from the picture, treating me with contempt and blaming me for all of his problems. It's a shitty situation. I say don't rush into marriage OR children if you get serious with somebody, wait until you see them in all situations before you commit to marriage. You don't really know somebody until one or both of you are under stress, get sick, gain weight, go through some shit, etc.. You have to give time for their true colors to show. That being said, I wouldn't write off a family altogether. Not everybody is so weak that they'd give up on their spouse when something new comes along, just saying..

One person had sex with a married man, felt guilty and confessed to the mans wife. The other person had an affair with a barely legal woman, who was having trouble with housing. Gaslit his wife about the affair, until his girlfriend confessed. Considered divorcing his wife, and mother to his two children, but decided to murder her and disguise it as an accidental drowning. Then after successfully killing her, let her body sit in the tub for over an hour before calling the police. If you think these people are the same, you have issues a youtube comment cannot come close to shedding light on.

Raya Petrova Yes. Even with her belongings, and her diary, and her texts, and phone calls, and other people witnessing evidence of an affair, and extensive interrogation without a lawyer present and full cooperation from her, there was no evidence (even circumstantial), to tie her to the murder. The video had to go so far as to say that her journal entry ‘when she moves out’, and ‘when she leaves’ could be reinterpreted to mean she knew the wife was going to be killed, but not even the police came to that conclusion. Furthermore, this man just killed his wife, it’s clear he was not particularly loyal in any sense, and he didn’t even try to make a deal to lessen his sentence.

And then imagine if you had to face that temptation in your home EVERYDAY. You may just have a moment of weakness, just sayin. The Bible says FLEE from temptation! Unless it’s family or children, it is not wise to let another adult live in your home. Your suppose to AVOID situations/environments that can LEAD to temptation. If not, it doesn’t matter how “strong” you are. You are just playing with fire. My point was that women tend to act on emotions and want to help people. I wondered that too. I think all accidental drownings of adults in tubs were actually murders. Several of my ex boyfriends claimed they were either too tall or too big to sit in a bathtub, so they would only take showers.

How about, men stay loyal to your wives. They won’t be able to have an affair with someone’s husband if the husband did right by his family.

That’s what an insecure person would say. Or someone that doesn’t really know the true statistics of such crimes. This doesn’t happen as often as people think. There are hundreds of thousands of family with female nanny’s that don’t go through all of this.

Sure it’s fair.. she wasn’t a fucking idiot and was careful about what she said to police. Had he simply lawyered up and refused to be interrogated, he most likely wouldn’t have been even indicted. They had nothing but circumstantial evidence. No hard evidence. Lesson? Never agree to be interrogated by cops.

Sashaboo72 it’s obvious if you just go by this video...not so obvious when you’re a D.A. tryin to determine if you can get a conviction. D.A.s that lose a lot of cases aren’t D.A.s for long. It’s NOT what you know happened, it’s what you can convince a jury of that matters.
