Venerable Zasep Tulku Rinpoche introduces "one of the most important sutras" the Heart Sutra - the very "heart" of the Buddha's teachings on Shunyata and Emptiness as taught by Avalokiteshvara. (Video ends with beautiful chanting of the Om Gate Gate Paragate Parasamghate Bodhi Soha mantra by the amazing Yoko Dharma!)
Rinpoche goes into detail on the first two Skandhas (Form and Feeling): "Form is Emptiness; Emptiness is Form. Feelings are Emptiness; Emptiness is Feeling."
He explains the profound meaning - and why it is comforting to Buddhists, and why Emptiness is not Nihilism.
Rinpoche starts by explaining dependent-arising and how we do not exist independently. His discussion on Emptiness of Feeling is especially helpful for people who are going through difficult times.
In part 2 of this commentary, Rinpoche discusses the remaining three Skandhas and helps us understand the profound concepts of Shunyata. You'll find it here: • Overcome Fear, Aversio...
With a beautiful and melodious chanted Heart Sutra mantra sung by the Yoko Dharma. Part 2 of this commentary is here: • Overcome Fear, Aversio...

What I want to know for sure is that has the same name as prajnaparamita sutra. Therefore, the Chinese Mahayana say that the prajnaparamita sutra is portrayed as a Bodhisattva, but in the realm of Mahayana ideology it is believed to be a Bodhisattva in Nepal and Tibet. Therefore, I would like to know whether the female Bodhisattva in the world under the name prajnaparamita really exists or is just a portrayed.

This is a deep topic. You can say both, in terms of relative and ultimate, but the essence of the Sutras are the Heart Sutra, where, of course, the famous line is Form is Emptiness; Emptiness is Form, which is really the answer. But, of course, it's not that simple. What is emptiness? It is ar more nuanced than the word implies (as it's a fairly poor translation of Shunyata) I don't think it can be handled in a short comment. but I can refer you to a feature on Buddha Weekly on the topic of "A Dogs Tooth: Are Buddhist Deities Real" and maybe that can give you some insight for your meditations: buddhaweekly.com/buddhas-tooth-dogs-tooth-buddhist-deities-real-deities-actually-exist-buddhist-faith-still-important/

Or, perhaps the better complete answer is in this feature, specifically on this topic. Hope this helps!
