That would be the differential equation of a family bigger than just the circles with centre at 0. If a question asks differential equation for just circles with centre at 0 that will be wrong. Differential equation has to be of the order of the the number of arbitrary constants in general solution

Sir, You said how many arbitrary constant that many time we need to differentiate, in case if the equation is not resolved in such case how to handle it. means even post differentiating if arbitrary constant is not removed from the equestion- what is the final value here. give one ex for such case. expecting your answer at the earliest.
