Dear AK, LET ME LOVE YOU! I’ve got a question: What about deltaH? Is it negative in double stranded dna and positive in single stranded DNA?

Samuel Souto hey sam, will do. but the problem with youtube is that it limits the playlists to 200 videos. my website generally serves the purpose of organizing my content much better.

Great videos. Quick question: if the DNA bases are non-polar, how are they H-bonding with one another?
@Mayflower018
@Mayflower018 5 жыл бұрын
Only N-H or C=O bonds are polar in nitrogenous bases. There are only a few of them and they are bound to relatively huge planar Carbon-Nitrogen rings that are very nonpolar. So overall we can say that nitrogenous bases are nonpolar, especially compared to phosphate ions (if it's charged, it's hydrophilic, polarity isn't really considered in ions) and sugars (yes it is a bulky ring too, but every Carbon is bound to an Oxygen making it more polar. Sugar can dissolve in water and blood, and it has a hard time getting through hydrophobic part of membrane which is why it requires transport. All of this is to say that sugars are polar). Just because a molecule overall is nonpolar, doesn't mean it can't have a few elements that participate in H bonding. The most convincing evidence I can give you is cholesterol. Cholesterol has a single OH at the very end that can hydrogen bond. Does that make cholesterol as a whole polar or hydrophilic? No, because all the bulky nonpolar hydrophobic rings largely outweigh the hydrophilic OH.

That's beautiful the spontaneity of spontaneous creation by logical sequences created by Elementary particles that exist, why? Why do elementary particles exist theorize it's a trajectory spin phenomena and that's the highest order is the hydrogen spin and that all elements are subsets of the original trajectory spin so you can in Essence harness the trajectory spin one way by dragging the original trajectory spin by creating heavy Elementary particles by combining unharmonic spins it I'm not sure if you can adjust it the other way I haven't thought it out yet

I disagree with your observation that the universal entropy is toward chaos there's another Miss observation I believe that you may put it take predicate your hypothesis on which is readily substantiated as a theory that works but I believe you're beginning observations are just a little off and may give you Clarity if I were to explain it to you I suggested entropy that you're suggesting or alluded to is one only in our galaxy it probably exist in all galaxies however I don't think I can postulate and say the universe as a whole I may be wrong I apologize for being so rude

Little Rascals ya i think thermo dynamics didn’t work when they towed my dumpster for example gravity took over and at a 45* degree angle caused me to fall off causing severe damage to my anus when forward momentum caused a police officer’s foot to go up there 😩. Hey did you get formula to combat 𝘍𝘶𝘯𝘨𝘶𝘴 behind my testicular sack ? It itches really bad and im still waiting on those test results to cum back hopefully he’s not pregnant again i still owe for the last aborted fetus 👺

To substantiate that I have been paying attention to your AK lectures you're talking about a hydrogen bond on a sugar phosphate backbone which keeps it electrically (the ATCG base pairs) neutral and allows a hydrogen bond to participate with the other elements called oxygen nitrogen carbon create a geometric function possibly for encoding enzymes to help facilitate in protein synthesis and other cellular work The DNA is hypercoiled by the hydrogen bond with an antiparallel schema is done on purpose to minimize errors we now know that and we know a ATCG correlates to a special electrical bonding you explain it the best of course I have been paying attention I love science I love physics thank you for everything you do don't ever get discouraged by your students the ones that ask the stupidest question are the ones that are seeking an answer sometimes I hope my Forward earlier to JRE was not inappropriate I was just excited to share someone with intellect like you

Little Rascals you know the average Hobonater takes about two pounds of poop per day multiplied by the gravity of sun pulling on the earth 🌎 and when the moon is blocked by your anus causing a pulsating pressure in your head then you create a massive stinky poop 💩

I suggest the common observation of the beginning of our reality is slightly incorrect I theorize and postulate something that seems to be readily scalable and does not contradict our physic laws whether Quantum or Newtonian and has a lot to do with trajectory spin at the initial essence of reality that's what I was trying to allude to when I was talking about our lives as metaphysical maybe the rudder in our lives is our thought and Consciousness and it resonates with the universe as a system that obeys thermal dynamics in a cohesive design with other systems called biological species ....
