For all round development test I'll use formative assessment test. As we need to assess co- curricular activities and it can't be assessed in summative assessment test. Another reason is that summative assessment test is pen paper test which usually designed for whole class. So I think FA test is suitable here.

Correct answer is "Formative assessment". Kyunki formative assessment flexible hota hai. e.g. agar kisi teacher ko classroom participation, aur extra curricular performance assess karni h. To teacher summative assessment ( annual exam) ki help se nahi check kar sakta. Jabki formative assessment me teacher student ki sabhi activities jaise group projects, sports, cultural activities ko assess kar sakta hai. Hope it helps.
