I got everything to work, but could not see where the responses were coming from, e.g. the email address. Only the IP address showed up. Any idea why that is? I send out the invites from my google account.

I understand you, they've made that a little tricky. You need to hover on the form, click on the gears icon, then click on submissions. Here you need to click on "Display and search". Mark all Displayable, go to the bottom and press save. Then you will get all information entered. I hope it helps. :-)

You can use anything you want and then just connect with Zapier. I use Contact Form 7 myself. But you can use anything. Do you have a specific need? 🙌

@@10xApe If you're using WordPress and you want to connect your form to a third party, then I would strongly recommend Contact Form 7, and then a Zapier integration.

Looks great, and I agree that a needed feature is multi-platform preview, i.e., preview how the form looks on most major devices.

@@wherezthebeef Yes it opens in the browser, and there are definitely workarounds for it, but it slows down the speed of work a bit 🙌

Great question, I feel they're very equal with Formaloo having a more pleasing design, which for me is an important factor.

which one is the winner between Formcan or Gozen Form?

FormCan is further ahead than Gozen Forms. While Gozen Forms might be easy to use, FormCan has a more advanced designer with more options. Except from the designer they have more or less the same functionality, but that designer really makes the difference. 🙌

So for the HIPAA feature, say for a Doctor's website to replace... Contact Form 7 ... how to securely send the form data via email to the Doctor? Zapier? Seems for healthcare this is not good, it's not enough to be encrypted on the server, but in transit (i.e., via email to the website owner) as well.

Great question, it's not a question I can answer as the regulations vary from country to country. My initial thought is that you can't use email at all. You might have to use email to send an email with a secured link and then the link contains the encrypted information, so in theory the information never leaves the server. But again, I don't know the regulations, so this can't be taken as legal advice 🙌

Can I embed the form in my wordpress website? If yes, can you make a tutorial on it?

Hi Mark, yes you can. It's very straightforward. When you press publish on your form then you get a popup window, in that click on embed script. Copy the code snippet you see there. Now depending on if you're using Elementor or Gutenberg in your WordPress setup the approach is different. But overall you need to add a new element where you wish the form. It's important the element is an HTML widget. In the widget you just paste in the embed code you copied, and then you have embedded it. Let me know how it goes 🙌
