He’s a convert to Catholicism, actually. Tune into Catholic Unscripted. KZbin.

The fact that the public are only now being made aware of the scale of the abuse proves how effectively this whole scandal was covered up by Welby and the Church.

Why do you assume that this stopped at Welby? There's a few higher levels of UK society above him.

What a star this man is - he's telling the truth. Of course Welby knew about the report before he said he was told.

Welby is the reason why congregations are falling. This wokey monster in no Christian.

Congregations have been falling since 1945. It's not unique to Welby's time.

EVERY institution, be it religious or secular, has treated sexual abuse in the same way: ignore, lie, cover Up.

My family and I recently tried going to my local minster and 1 of my boys even joined the choristers. Well, after 3 months I feel it safe to say that God has long since left that place - if indeed he was ever there in the first place. Horrible experience..

Arguably, so did the Royal Family. They invited Savile into their inner circle in the 1960s.
