This is an out of statute misdemeanor that was bootstrapped to a federal charge that wouldn't pass muster in any legitimate court. Furthermore, that's why the original prosecutor chose to decline it. Frankly, this is nothing more than a political prosecution design to keep Donald Trump off the campaign trail. If you are a well-educated attorney such as myself, you would understand that. What this really boils down to is your dislike of Donald j trump. Once more, you're entitled to that opinion. However, that does not mean that you're entitled to prosecute him based on nonsense.
