The prosecution has the 30+ checks Trump signed, they have Cohen's testimony which has been corroborrated by both David Pecker and Stormy Daniels. Even Trump's own defence witness corroborrated parts of Cohen's testimony. He may not end in jail, as this would be a first offence and he's 80 years old, so they might just give him probation, but there's a significant likelyhood that he will be convicted on this evidence.

That's what happens when you let foreign business groups buy up US corporations - we've lost many to overseas conglomerates, which could care nothing about the country, only their profits. A lot of US malls were bought up by Middle Eastern conglomerates, and what did they do - bare minimal maintenance, increased rents even as the properties fell into disrepair, and eventually shuttered stores and shuttered malls.
