Corruption ? A certain percentage of LEO'S become a part of the corruption ? Judges and DA's can be corrupt as well ? Percentage ? I have no idea . Also certain personality types they recruit is a factor , two personality types in particular , same for the " connected and protected " Priest that routinely get covered-up for . One would think Law and Order and Back the Blue types would want corrupt Police and others to be exposed and fired from Law Enforcement 🤔 . Rather odd this doesn't seem to be the case . " Connected and protected " , " different rules for different people " , a tiered class system , and organized connected crime , etc. seem to keep protecting those that are corrupt . Not all , but many are covered up for and allowed to be in Law Enforcement elsewhere . Similar to Priest . All rather interesting . Corruption , infiltration , and evil exists including in law enforcement and government and the judicial system . Perhaps we should stop pretending otherwise .

This has been a problem with law enforcement officers for decades When will they require more training and support? They need a four year degree and at least two years training before being out on their own. Then the schedule needs to be three weeks on and one week off to remember what regular life is like. It has to be difficult seeing the worst of humanity every day without a break. Stress builds, and it will come out one way or another. The culture doesn't allow them to be human and show emotion. It is passed time we fix this mess, too many have been abused and died due to poor practices.
