I was in the Naval Boarding Party and never got seasick onboard the RHIB or Zodiac. We did a boarding in rough waters inside the zodiac and the ship we were going to board decided to f-off. Our ship followed it while we were left in the dust. Lots of guys got seasick and our ship was nowhere to be seen. During those days, we did NOT carry a personal floating device. Was quite the adventure… good times.

That sounds miserable. How long were you out there?
@chrisburke62416 күн бұрын
You didn't get sea sick because you're a navy guy who's obviously found his sea legs... I managed to keep my barf down, but barely survived whale watching... (Who would have thought whale watching would've been such a ruckus?) 🤢

I was there when S.D. presented him with a package of Pampers in front of the whole task force. Fucking hilarious.

The population just had a gene therapy injected into them using blackmail and threats. All Mortality exploded, Natality plummeted. Kalergi Plan, final chapter. These meat heads just followed orders. May get Cancer 10 years from now. Dallas Alexander is at least principled.

As one of the hostage role players in that exercise, don't worry...I didn't smell anything. Even if I did, I was too annoyed sitting on my ass for hours being guarded by the naval boarding party when I could've been sleeping in those sweet beds.

I spent a few years in the RCN and did NBP. It was never RIBs in rough water that did me in it was when I was on the deck of the Hali in calm seas and making minor course adjustments, the horizon moving just a wee bit... made me fizz at af

I was never a member of jtf2 but I was attached with them in a support role in 2007. I can assume, it might be out of respect for the amount of work they do with there American colleagues and perhaps it’s a memorial to a fallen Sof brother?
