Former Lands Ministry boss implicates government officials in land fraud

Former Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development David Gabindadde -Musoke has implicated a number of government officials in the exorbitant compensation claim of the 500 billion shillings for the land on which Isimba hydropower dam is being constructed.
Musoke who appeared before the Commission of Inquiry into Land Matters accused Moses Magara, a senior valuation officer in the office of the Chief Government Valuer and five others in the energy ministry, of working with some land claimants to attempt to defraud the government.
